A Fine Giltwood Domed Top Display Cabinet
A Fine Giltwood Domed Top Display Cabinet, the domed top comprising of four glazed sections divided by mouldings. The glazed sides have moulded frames and curved corners carved with harebells and scrolls, and are fitted with a hinged full length door at each end.
The stand is carved with a Greek Key frieze on four square tapering legs with flower head carved paterae mounts and carved recessed leg panels, all united by a curved and moulded cross stretcher.

     A Fine Napoleon III Style Giltwood Mirror of Impressive Proportions

The mirror plate framed by a finely carved border of fronded and scrolling acanthus to the top and bottom rails and trailing foliate forms centred by female masks to the uprights, lion head masks to the upper corners and rosettes to the lower corners; the frame is surmounted by a cresting of scrolling acanthus volutes terminating in rosettes and centred by an oval cabochon shield supported by putti in the form of mermen and surmounted by a fronded acanthus finial.
